By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not submit personal information through the Website.

Professional information, such as your credentials, license type, practice name, professional role, clinical background, and training interests.

Transaction information relating to tuition, invoices, payments, cancellations, transfers, or refunds. Payment card or bank information may be collected and processed directly by a third-party payment processor; IMM may not receive or store complete payment credentials.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Even after opting out of promotional messages, we may still send non-promotional communications concerning an application, enrollment, payment, or training program.

Service providers. We may provide information to vendors that support our Website, hosting, forms, communications, document signing, payment processing, accounting, scheduling, analytics, security, and business operations. These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law. IMM uses FormHippo, a HIPAA-compliant form platform, for certain application, enrollment, and clinical forms.
Training and operational partners. We may provide information to faculty, staff, contractors, affiliated entities, or training-location personnel when reasonably necessary to review an application or administer a program.
Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect the safety of any person.
Business transactions. Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, change in control, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.
IMM does not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable state privacy laws. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required choices.
The Website may link to or incorporate services operated by third parties, including FormHippo application forms, payment or document-signature services, YouTube videos, Google Maps, social-media platforms, or other external websites. IMM uses FormHippo as a HIPAA-compliant form platform; however, other third parties may collect information directly from you and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. Except where a service provider processes information on our behalf under an applicable agreement, IMM does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, accessibility, or content practices of third-party services.
The Website is intended for professional education and training inquiries. It is not a patient portal and should not be used to request medical care, communicate an emergency, or transmit patient-identifying information or protected health information.
If an eligible training participant separately elects to receive an optional clinical or experiential service through Priority You MD, medical information will be collected through separate HIPAA-compliant FormHippo clinical intake and consent forms and handled in accordance with Priority You MD’s Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law. Submitting a training inquiry or application does not create a patient-provider relationship.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, administer our programs and relationships, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when sending information electronically and do not submit sensitive patient or medical information through general Website forms or email.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information, including rights to know, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your information.

Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

The Website and IMM programs are intended for adults and licensed healthcare professionals.
